Using Moya
These terms govern the Moya parent app, website, and related service operated by SURI Inc. Use the parent service only if you are an adult authorized to manage the relevant family and devices. Keep your Apple or Google account secure and invite only authorized caregivers.
Family authority and content
Only provide content you are authorized to share, including information about a child in your care. Family history and shared preferences are accessible to family members. You retain your rights in submitted content and allow SURI Inc. and its service providers to process it as needed to provide the requested service. Do not upload unlawful content, disclose another family’s private information, or attempt to bypass access controls.
AI limitations
AI responses and inferred topics can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review answers and use your judgment. Moya is not an emergency service or a substitute for a parent, clinician, or other qualified professional. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or other consequential decisions.
Devices and availability
Physical Moya devices require their own setup, connectivity, and compatible service. This iPhone version manages cloud data and does not directly pair with a Moya device. Sample mode contains fictional records and does not control real hardware. Connectivity, maintenance, and service changes may interrupt availability.
Ending use
You may stop using the service, leave a family, or initiate account deletion in settings. Transfer or delete owned families before deleting your account. Earlier device history remains with its original family when a device is transferred. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or a security issue.
Changes and your rights
We will communicate material changes to these terms through the service or an available contact method. Nothing here limits consumer or privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For questions or support, contact support@suri.team.
