These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Suri. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Suri. You can contact us at support@suri.team or by mail at 1111b South Governors Av #88996, Dover, DE 19904, US.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity by teammates, invited users, and connected services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Suri to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others;
- send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content;
- attempt to bypass security or access another user's data;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
- upload or generate unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
4. Your content and connected services
You keep ownership of content, prompts, files, records, and other materials you submit to Suri. You grant Suri permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
If you connect third-party services such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools, you authorize Suri to access and use those services to perform actions you request or configure, operate related workflows, and maintain the integration. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
5. AI and workflow outputs
Suri may use AI systems to draft, summarize, transform, classify, or automate content. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or sending them to others.
6. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the plan and billing terms shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment information current.
7. Intellectual property
Suri and its licensors own the service, including software, design, trademarks, documentation, and other materials. These terms do not grant you ownership of Suri's intellectual property. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.
8. Beta features and changes
We may offer beta, experimental, or preview features. These features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time. We may also update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as our product evolves.
9. Termination
You may stop using Suri at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Suri harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your connected services, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suri disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suri is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suri's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to Suri for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
